Mitraclip - 1st case of central India
MitraClip Success Stories Wockhardt Hospital, Nagpur Central India's first MitraClip procedure! A severe MR case with multiple flail segments, severe LVSD, and a patient on AICD, inotropes, intubation, and chest drain was treated with two clips (XTW & XT). Result: No residual MR, extubated the next day, off inotropes, and LV function improved from 20% to 40%. Kudos to Dr. Nitin Tiwari and team for their outstanding care.
